Installed Wellhead & Christmas Tree are required regular inspection & maintenance for the sake of equipment integrity. Qualified wellhead engineer is provided to perform wellhead & Christmas tree inspection & preventive maintenance, including but not limited to:

1. Performing integrity test for wellhead & Christmas tree valves, connection, seal element, monitoring and recording well pressure and reporting any equipment defect or anomalies found at the wellsite.

2. Providing a visual inspection for further equipment database, with minimum requirement as follows :

          a. Equipment manufacturer, model, part numbers, pressure rating, serial number, type of

              connections & auxiliary equipmen

          b. Flowing tubing pressure and all annulus pressure

          c. Pressure drop across the production choke, if applicable

3. Providing equipment lubrication with minimum requirement on all valves, as well as function test manual valves.

4. Providing equipment test based on procedures approved by customer according to standard industry practice.

5. Providing daily report for all wellhead & Christmas tree condition which including but not limited to well information, preventive maintenance and corrective action recommendation.

6. Providing a dedicated workshop for wellhead & Christmas tree repair & maintenance.
