In line with our aim to be recognized in the oil and gas industry as a company that is committed to the safety and health aspects of workers, equipment and environmental protection, we have established the following basic policies.

The basis of our Safety Policy is that every worker has the right to a safe place to work. For this reason, every worker has the responsibility to create safety for himself and his fellow workers. Responsible as a safety pioneer and has the authority to stop work "stop work authority" if there are unsafe actions and unsafe conditions in the work and immediately report the incident to superiors to obtain mitigation of the situation. To support safety achievements we are committed to: 

1. Comply with safety laws and regulations, company HSE regulations, customer regulations and requirements as well as the implementation of an occupational safety and health management system.
2. Minimize safety hazards and risks as well as losses resulting from Company activities by making continuous improvements.
3. Ensure that subcontractors and work partners follow policies in accordance with Company policy.
4. Provide training and development needs including HSE training according to the scope of duties and responsibilities.
5. Establish occupational safety and health programs and targets.
6. Form an Occupational Safety and Health Development Committee (P2K3) organization.
7. Carry out regular HSE inspections and audits.

The basis of our Health Policy, all workers must be aware that all work-related accidents and illnesses can be prevented, including:

1. Carry out preventive efforts against potential infectious diseases and occupational diseases in the workplace
2. Improving employee health by creating clean and healthy air quality that is smoke-free and complying with regulations prohibiting smoking in work areas or locations, especially oil and gas operations areas
3. Prohibit the abuse of alcohol and illegal drugs in any work area or location

As for the Basic Environmental Policy, we are committed to supporting environmental achievements, including:

1. Comply with environmental laws and regulations and implement the Company's internal environmental management system
2. Mitigate and identify all activities carried out by the Company so that they do not have an impact on the environment, both in the Company's internal and external operations
3. Handling, dealing with and processing waste generated by the Company's activities
4. Improve and maintain sustainable environmental performance in meeting sustainable development goals (SDGs)

This policy applies to all employees and subsidiaries of the Company as well as contractors.
