Simultaneously with the listing of new Shares originating from the Initial Public Offering of 600,000,000 (six hundred million) new shares which are Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of Rp100 (one hundred Rupiah) per share or 24% (twentyfour percent) of the issued and fully paid-up capital in the Company after the Initial Public Offering, the Company also list all ordinary shares in the name of Shareholders before the Initial Public Offering of 1,900,000,000 (one billion nine hundred million) shares. Thus, the number of shares to be listed by the Company on the IDX is 2,500,000,000 (two billion five hundred million) shares, or 100% (one hundred-percent) of the total issued and fully paid-up capital after the Initial Public Offering.
